Alun's areas of expertise include commercial and residential
property redevelopment with a particular focus on planning issues
such as section 106 and 278 agreements. He specialises in dealing
with Housing Associations and Registered Social Landlords and also
advises on commercial investment, retail, and landlord and tenant
work. Alun has advised prominent developers in respect of complex
mixed - use redevelopment matters including advice on the
implications of Enfranchisement and Leasehold Reform and Urban
Development Act rights upon proposed schemes. His recent projects

- Acting on the re- development of a number of London brown-field
sites
- Acquisition of a large investment portfolio with multiple
tenants.
- Acting for on the acquisition and construction of a large mixed
use redevelopment and negotiating pre-lettings with major
retailers.
