The health, wellbeing and safety of our colleagues, their families and our clients will always be our top priority. We continue to focus on measures to keep our staff safe and maintain client service.
Our colleagues have been adopting working from home arrangements since March and have continued to serve our clients effectively during lockdown.
A number of our staff have now begun a phased return to the office where government advice and regulations allow them to do so. We have started to allow those in our teams who are unable to work remotely back to the office and in line with the UK government advice, continue to instruct those who can work from home that they should remain doing so.
Our offices are open to receive deliveries and Royal Mail, DX or courier documents can be safely received and processed by us. At this time we remain unable to meet clients or visitors in person at our offices and please contact us so we can discuss the best way to use technology to meet with you remotely.
Our technology and best practice have helped us ensure we have consistently delivered a high level of client service whilst our people have worked from home during lockdown. Our lawyers have continued to deliver quality service during this time, and to ensure that transactions have been managed in a business as usual manner.
